For the past 3 years I have been responsible for developing all E-Commerce Creative at Filson, a 111 year old premium outdoor clothing & gear brand. I was responsible for driving direct sales through the creation of e-mail blasts, web, catalog features, point-of-sale, packaging, & advertising.
Despite a bleak retail climate, Holiday 2008 sales exceeded forecast by over 30%. This was attributed to a strong coordinated e-mail contact plan consisting of compelling visuals, stories, and incentives. I have been very successful at connecting with our customers and communicating the value of this premium brand.
• I created and sent over 200 compelling email blasts to our list of 100,000 customers.
• Developed retail concepts, wrote the copy, as well as the html coding.
• Designed more than 50 unique home pages.
• Produced six 100-page wholesale catalogs.
• Designed numerous catalog covers & special catalog selling spreads.
• Designed packaging; point-of-sale; & advertising.
